We specialize in low thermal conductivity carbon felt for high-temperature vacuum furnace insulation up to 2800°C, delivering outstanding energy efficiency and thermal stability.

We offer PAN-based and Rayon-based carbon felts, allowing customers to select the optimal material for insulation performance, purity requirements, and operating temperatures.

Our rayon-based carbon felts provide exceptionally low thermal conductivity and outstanding thermal efficiency at elevated temperatures. Compared to conventional PAN-based grades, they can deliver up to 3–4 times lower thermal conductivity, helping furnace manufacturers reduce energy consumption, improve temperature uniformity, and increase process stability inside the hot zone.
